We’ve specialized primarily in the boring and milling of medium-large size parts. Although we do primarily sub-contractor work, we can also assume the role of project leader and coordinate the work of sub-contractors as well: from material purchasing to the execution of surface and thermal treatments and assembly operations.
The ongoing optimization of all company processes enabled us to obtain UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification [ download ], an important achievement that both enhances our offer with added value and confirms the pursuit of constant improvement that has always distinguished us.
Our team of highly qualified personnel ensures the execution of precision machining with meticulous attention to detail and the assurance that the final product will meet our client’s every expectation.
Tried-and-tested synergy between our office and workshop combined with the use of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for the organization and monitoring of production lets us guarantee punctuality in every deadline and delivery agreed.

We’ve set up a measuring room (in a controlled temperature booth) for precision dimensional analysis and testing.
This additional service allows us to take measurements of the highest accuracy and conduct three-dimensional inspections that certify conformity to design specifications.
The use of a sophisticated manufacturing execution system (MES) has enabled us to optimize our cost control and improve overall company efficiency.
It has also contributed to a global perfection of the quality of our production and the consequent improvement of the services we provide our clients.
Having our own spacious roofed warehouse, we can offer logistics services for the storage of raw materials and finished products upon request
We rely on trusted partners for transport of all parts (even those of particularly relevant dimensions) in observance of strict shipping and transport methods that ensure the integrity and traceability of every shipment.
Our workshop is stocked with latest generation numerically controlled machine tools programmed directly by our Technical Office equipped with a built-in CAD-CAM system.
We intervene on various type of material, producing single parts or parts in series of small, medium or large dimensions to a maximum cube of 12000 x 4000 x 5000 mm.
We can also work parts of various type, such as gearboxes, bedplates, light and heavy structural works to a maximum weight of 55 tons.
Lastly, we have modern control instrumentation for accessory operations that completes our fleet of avant-garde machinery in terms of technology, safety, and output.
